Is it all downhill from here? 😳⛷️🛘

God doesn't want you stuck.

I said what I said.

Wrote what I wrote…?? 🧐✍🏼

I say this not as a pep talk. I’m not trying to make you feel better. I believe this is a theological fact.

The Bible says you are His masterpiece. That you are fearfully and wonderfully made. He didn't design you for a life on a dimmer switch. He didn't create you to gradually fade. He didn't make you for small.

Look at what He told the very first humans He made:

"Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground." (Genesis 1:28)

Fruitfulness.
Multiplication.
Dominion.
Growth.
Expansion.

THAT'S the original design.

And yes–I’m referring to man’s origin story, and yes. Sin messed that up. But Jesus came to restore our relationship to God and to…well, I’ll just let Jesus Himself say why He came:

"I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." (John 10:10)

Not life that's adequate.
Not life that's fine.

Life to the full.
Abundant life.
The kind of life where you're actually alive, not just existing.

And then there's this promise in Psalm 92:

"The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon... They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and flourishing."

Not "you'll be fine in your later years."
This says you'll still be bearing fruit.
Still be fresh.
Still be flourishing.

Still be…

So how does life feel now? This might sound harsh but if you projected where you are now and found that in your future you’d “still be” doing what you are now, how does that make you feel? Is that a good thing or maybe not so much?

Our habits build our life–the one we’re living now, and the one we’re creating into our future.

So we have this pull. This sense that we are made for more, but feel too less within ourselves to even move.

If you're feeling stuck—if life feels smaller than it used to, if your sense of purpose has gotten fuzzy, if you're wondering what comes next—that feeling isn't a sign you're broken. It's a signal that something in you knows you were made for more.

That ache?
That restlessness?
That quiet grief over feeling sidelined or diminished?

That's not you being ungrateful or selfish. I believe there’s something inside you recognizing that you're living smaller than you were designed to live. There’s an incongruency with what you hope for and where you are now.

And here's the thing about being stuck: it's not usually because you're lazy or faithless or broken.

It's because there’s a signal disconnect. You've lost clarity about who you actually are—who you are in Christ, and who you just are in terms of your unique God-given design.

Confusion shrinks us. But conviction creates confidence.

When you know—really know—what God has already put in you, everything changes. You stop trying to fix yourself. You stop wondering if you're enough. You start asking:

"What has God already put in me? And what do I do with it?"

That's a completely different question. And it leads to a completely different life.

I've spent the last few years studying exactly how that works—how women move from stuck to flourishing, from confused to convicted, from small to significant. And I've discovered there are five distinct patterns of 'stuck"-ness rooted in lies that need to be exposed.

I’ve been studying how to be strong in who you are in Christ and who you just are for decades and what I found when looking into why we get stuck surprised even me.

For now, though, I want you to know this:

God is not done with you.

Your best chapters are not behind you.

And the fact that you're feeling stuck is not a sign of failure—it's a sign that you're ready for what comes next.

I say–let’s go!
