My goal is for every client to feel fully supported, satisfied, and genuinely transformed by the coaching and resources they receive. Because meaningful growth requires consistent effort, participation, and commitment from each client, refunds are granted only when a participant can demonstrate active engagement with the provided materials or coaching sessions and can truthfully state they received no benefit from the program.

Our learning management system records when course materials are accessed, including lesson views and progress, allowing us to verify participation as part of the refund review process.
To request a refund, participants must submit:
- Proof of participation (such as completed worksheets, attendance at coaching sessions, or evidence of lesson engagement), and
- A clear explanation of the specific concerns or lack of benefit experienced.
- Certain offerings have specific refund policies which are clearly stated on their sales pages and will be honored.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to mary@trajectoryforward.com.
