Your Stuck Pattern

You're the Marginalized.

You haven't changed.

The room has.  And that matters.

Your Result

What the Marginalized actually is

You have not changed. That is the part nobody seems to understand — including, sometimes, you.

You are the same woman who used to walk into a room and be genuinely needed, genuinely celebrated, genuinely useful for doing exactly what you do best. You loved doing it. You were good at it. And the people around you knew it and said so.

And then something shifted. Slowly, almost imperceptibly — but consistently enough that it has added up to being a major thing in your life.

✅ Maybe it was your adult children — the ones you poured everything into — who started calling your involvement interference.
✅ Maybe it was the church or the organization where you served faithfully for years, and then one day the role just...disappeared.
✅ Maybe you kept showing up anyway, kept offering, kept doing what you had always done — carefully, thoughtfully, with everything you had.  And it kept getting handed back.

It feels like buying a gift you carefully chose for someone you love, something you knew they needed, something you put real thought into, and watching them smile politely and tuck it in a closet. And never mention it again.

You are still in the room. You are still showing up. But you are showing up differently now.  More carefully, more quietly, more defensively than you used to.

And honestly? You are a little embarrassed by how much it still hurts.

Here is what I want you to know: you are not too much. You are not imagining it. And your gifts did not expire when the room stopped wanting them.

The assignment changed. The calling didn't. And those are very different problems — with very different solutions.

A Personal Note

From me to you

I want you to know how glad I am you're here.

I made the Stuck Pattern framework because "stuck" or "lost" or "small" were too general.  As I worked with women who were feeling stuck and watched my STRONG framework help them turn everything around, I noticed that there were differences to HOW they were stuck. Patterns, even. Your heart and your feelings are too tender and too precise to be generalized. And naming has power.

It is not uncommon for many of us at one point or another to wake up one ordinary morning and realize the volume on our own lives has been slowly turned down without our permission.

I read every result. I pray for the women who come through this.

And I want to say plainly: God is not done with you yet. The hunger you're feeling for more, the grief over feeling small — that's not you being crazy or ungrateful. That's evidence.

You were never meant to live on a dimmer switch.

A MESSAGE FOR YOU

Before you close this tab, I want you to hear something.

I taught this to my coaching clients, and I want every woman who takes this quiz to hear it too.

Your pattern is not your identity, stuck is not your destiny, and you absolutely are made for more.

Ready to go deeper?

The What's Your "Stuck" Pattern? Deep Dive Workshop is where this journey continues.
If reading this felt uncomfortably accurate — that's not a coincidence.
The workshop goes deeper into why this pattern developed, what's been keeping it in place, and what scripture actually says about it. Two modules, eleven lessons, a workbook, and a bonus declarations guide. This is where "I see myself in this" becomes "I know what to do about it."
